Custom Product Notice

All of our products are made-to-order and fully customized using your pet’s photo. Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Please make sure your uploaded photo, spelling, size, and product selection are correct before placing your order.


Satisfaction Guarantee

Your happiness means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design, we will gladly make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A free replacement

  • A design revision and reprint

  • A partial or full refund (when appropriate)


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We cannot process claims without photo proof.


Photo Quality Responsibility

Print quality depends heavily on the photo you provide. While we enhance images when possible, we cannot guarantee perfect results from low-resolution, blurry, or poorly lit photos, and these cases are not eligible for refunds.

If we believe your photo may affect print quality, we may reach out before production.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible within a short window after purchase. Contact us immediately if you need assistance.


Lost Packages

If your order is marked delivered but cannot be located, please first contact your carrier. If the issue persists, reach out and we will do our best to help.
