🖼️ Customer-Submitted Content

When you submit an image, design, or message to be printed on merchandise, you’re confirming that:

  • You own the rights to the content (or have permission to use it)

  • The content does not infringe on anyone’s copyright, trademark, or privacy

  • The content is appropriate for all audiences

👀 Our Right to Review

We manually review submitted content before production. While we aim to approve most orders, PettPrint reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that includes content we determine to be:

  • Inappropriate, offensive, or explicit (e.g., sexually suggestive, violent, or discriminatory)

  • Promoting hate, harassment, or illegal activity

  • Misleading or impersonating someone else

  • In conflict with our brand’s values or community guidelines

If there’s an issue with your submission, we’ll reach out and give you the opportunity to revise or replace it. If we can’t move forward with the design, we’ll issue a full refund.
